Determine the number of robots needed for your facility by calculating the distance product needs moved and how many loads per hour need moved.

Step 1:

In order to determine the eLocation, use a drawing of your factory or facility to figure out where the robots will pick up and drop off product.

Step 2:

Next, select the main eRoadway or travel paths the robots will take to determine the distance between locations.

Tip: Measure the distance the robot will drive in the aisleways rather than drawing a straight line from point A to point B.

Step 3:

By taking the distance between each location and the number of loads that need moved, you can estimate the ideal number of robots (eBot Fleet) needed to get the job done.
